On June 22, several of our fall and winter sports teams started strength and conditioning activities on campus. As I watch our athletes return, I have noticed an overwhelming excitement on their faces as they prepare for the coming season. It's no surprise to me how well our athletes handle adversity. One of my favorite quotes reads, "Adversity causes some individuals to break; others to break records." I can tell you with great certainty, our athletes will break records when we return to competition!

Part of what makes SFC so special are the many extra-curricular activities, including athletics! Our leadership team knows the importance of sports to our athletes and our families and are doing everything possible to allow our student-athletes to continue training. As the Athletic Director, I'm closely monitoring all of CIF's announcements. On July 20, CIF will be giving updated information regarding the "Return to Play" plan for all California schools.
