After a tough double-header on Monday the 24th, where SFC Won 9-7 vs. Hilltop and lost vs. San Marcos 7-9, the Eagles soared on Wednesday night.
Taking on Mira Mesa High, the Eagles got off to a hot start by scoring a collective 10 goals in the first 2 quarters. The Eagles Defense was equally tough as they held the Marauders to only 2 goals in the first half, and 1 goal in the second.
With Senior Logan Kightly leading the charge with 6 goals on 8 shots, the Eagles captured a commanding win 16-3. The Eagles have a tough schedule coming up with a Tournament at El Capitan High on Friday, and an away game vs. Serra at the Allied Gardens Recreation Center next Wednesday.
