Tonight the SFC Eagles (2-0) will travel to Vista,Ca to take on the Tri-City Christian Eagles (2-0) for a 7pm game under the lights. TCC is coming into tonight's game with wins over Bishops 27-7 and Classical Academy 28-6 to start their year. The last time these two teams met, the SFC Eagles came out on top 21-12 in a hard fought game. TCC is a well coached team under head coach Shane Goodwin, they will be faced with the challenge of stopping a SFC team that has been playing well on both sides of the ball as of late.

Last week the SFC defense made great strides as they held Francis Parker to two scores and limited yardage. Special teams play was also spectacular as Stephen Britton returned two kicks for scores and provided huge momentum swings in favor of the Eagles. Tonight's matchup may be the toughest yet as SFC will look to continue to build on their early season success by establishing the run game and playing strong team defense.
