The Eagles offense is being led by standout Junior guard Piper Lenihan who is averaging just over 20 points per game this season. As a freshman Lenihan averaged 14.8 points per game, last year she finished her Sophomore season averaging 21.7 point per game. Just this week Lenihan surpassed 1000 career points, that's quite impressive for someone just beginning the second half of their highschool career.
The Lady Eagles are in the middle of a busy winter break as they are participating in multiple holiday tournaments. They are currently 1-5 on the season while they have played a tough schedule and endured some injuries early in the season.
With Lenihan leading the charge, the Eagles will begin the new year competing in the Sweetwater New Years Classic from Jan 2 - 6.
Lets Go Eagles!
