SFC Athletes to Play in College
Thirteen Santa Fe Christian Schools seniors, or 11.4% of this year’s graduates, have signed letters of intent to play collegiate sports in 2018. This is nearly double the national average of 6% according to the NCAA. Each year SFC athletes go on to play at top universities and colleges across the U.S.
SFC’s Leadership Academy
SFC Senior Camryn Tastad, named a 2017 First team Under Armour All-American, signed to play at the University of Oregon. Camryn is a strong leader at SFC and recounts, “The Leadership Academy at SFC is a unique aspect of SFC sports and has been a huge part of my success as a leader. Coach Bickley has inspired me to really buy into my leadership role as an individual.”
Coaches Point to Jesus
“Santa Fe Christian coaches have instilled in us players that we must be a positive light through our work ethic; showing those who look up to us and follow us as athletes the love of Jesus and that we can accomplish all things through Him,” states SFC Senior Demitri Washington who signed for Boise State football.
